CASH BACK & GOLD VOUCHER OFFER by Paytm

(Validity - 1st October 2026 to 31st March 2027)

1. Overview:-

This proposal outlines a cashback and Paytm Gold voucher offer designed to drive electricity bill payment adoption among BSES Rajdhani Power Limited customers on Paytm. The offer is structured across three user segments, new users, react users, and repeat users, to encourage consumers through a cross sell into Paytm Gold. Users apply the promocode BSESBILL, and cashback is processed after successful completion of the UPI bill payment, issued to the user in the form of a scratch card.

2. User Segment Definitions:-

New Users
Customers who have never used Paytm before. The offer rewards their first ever transaction on the Paytm platform.

React Users
Customers who have not made a single payment using Paytm UPI in the last 60 or more days. The offer is designed to reactivate these dormant users.

Repeat Users
Customers who are active on Paytm and make transactions regularly. The offer rewards their continued loyalty with a combination of cashback and a Gold voucher.

3. Offer Summary

New Users ₹100 Cashback
Apply promocode BSESBILL and pay ₹100 or more via UPI. Cashback of ₹100 is processed after successful payment and issued as a scratch card.

React Users ₹25 Cashback
Apply promocode BSESBILL and pay ₹25 or more via UPI. Cashback of ₹100 is processed after successful payment and issued as a scratch card

Repeat Users ₹5 Cashback + ₹25 Gold Voucher
Apply promocode BSESBILL and pay via UPI. Cashback of ₹5 is issued as a scratch card, along with a separate ₹25 Gold voucher after successful payment

Note for Repeat Users: On applying promocode BSESBILL and paying via UPI, users will receive a ₹5 cashback, processed after payment and issued as a scratch card. In addition, they will receive a unique gold voucher code worth ₹25 after the payment. Users will receive flat ₹5 cashback along with a unique gold voucher code worth ₹25. To redeem the voucher, the user must purchase Paytm Gold worth ₹250 or more.

• * To avail of this offer, apply the promocode BSESBILL on the Paytm app and pay your electricity bill for ₹100 or more via UPI.
• * Cashback of ₹100 will be processed after successful completion of the UPI payment and issued to the user in the form of a scratch card.
• * The scratch card will be visible in the user's Paytm app within 24 hours of the eligible payment. The user needs to open the scratch card to reveal and claim the cashback.
• * Cashback amount will be credited to the bank account linked with the user's Paytm account used for making the payment.
• * Offer is applicable for BSES Rajdhani Power Limited new users.
• * This offer is applicable only for BSES Rajdhani Power Limited electricity bill payments made via UPI through the Paytm app.
• * Promocode BSESBILL is applicable only once per user.
• * The offer is available for a limited duration.
• * This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
• * Paytm reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.

• * The scratch card will be visible in the user's Paytm app within 24 hours of the eligible payment. The user needs to open the scratch card to reveal and claim the cashback.
• * Cashback amount will be credited to the bank account linked with the user's Paytm account used for making the payment.
• * Users will additionally receive a unique gold voucher code worth ₹25 after successful completion of the payment.
• * To redeem the voucher, buy Paytm Gold worth ₹250 or more and apply the unique voucher code in the "Offers for you" section.
• * Offer is applicable once per user per month.
• * The offer is available for a limited duration.
• * Unique voucher code is valid for 15 days from the voucher issuance date.
• * Vouchers will be visible under "My Vouchers" in the "Cashback & Offers" section.
• * This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
• * Unique voucher will be received within 24 hours of completion of the eligible transaction.
• * Paytm reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
