Getting aDomestic Connection

  • Apply Online for New Connection
  • Guidelines for Meter Installation

To apply for a new electricity connection for any residential requirement, all you need to do is follow these simple steps or opt for Online Registration

  Step 1

  • Domestic Category – Residential / Hostels / Hospitals / Educational Institutions / Religious / Charitable / Others
  • The New Connection Form will be available only at our Divisional office or our Website ( Click here to get the Form)

  Step 2

  • New Connection request can be raised through different mediums, which are as follows:
    1. Call Center 19123 (24x7 Toll Free Helpline)
    2. Division Office( Click here to get the divisional office details)*
    3. Website (www.bsesdelhi.com)* (Automatically the Online form will open)
    4. MobileApp ( Click here to download the App)
  • Charges payable for New Connection

    The charges payable by the applicant to BSES for New connection depends on the Tariff Category and sanctioned load:

    1. Advance Consumption Deposit/ Security Deposit depending on your Sanctioned load and tariff category,  as specified in the table (Click here for the table).
    2. The normative SLD charges shall be payable by the applicant for taking new electricity connection at LT supply for the connections upto 200kW/215kW (Click here for the table).

  Step 3

  • Kindly attach the following documents:
    1. 1 passport size photograph.
    2. Any One ID proof mentioned below: (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, Ration Card with Photo, Driving License or Photo Identity Card issued by any Govt. agency)
    3. Any Proof of Ownership or occupancy of premises for which:* (Certified copy of title deed, Certified copy of registered conveyance deed, GPA, Possession letter, Rent receipt / Lease agreement along with no objection certificate and proof of ownership of landlord).
    4. If applicant is an Organization (if applicable): (Certificate of incorporation / registration issued by the Registrar.

  Step 4

  • Submit the form online or applicant needs to go personally along with completed form and the documents have to be submitted at a divisional office.  Click here for a list of the divisional offices.

  • Also note currently the Digi Sewa Kendra facility is available for our Nehru Place, Alaknanda, R K Puram, Nangloi, Janakpuri, Nizamuddin & Uttam Nagar divisional offices wherein the applicant needs to go personally as online form filling will be happening along with capturing the photo of the applicant, digital signature.

 

Getting a Non-Domestic Connection

  • Apply Online for New Connection
  • Guidelines for Meter Installation

To apply for a new electricity connection for any non-residential requirement, all you need to do is follow these simple steps or opt for Online Registration

  Step 1

  •  Non-Domestic Category – Banks /Petrol pumps /Cinemas/ Shops /Chemist /Tailors /Others
  • The New Connection Form will be available only at our Divisional office or our Website ( Click here to get the Form)

  Step 2

  • New Connection request can be raised through different mediums, which are as follows:
    1.        Call Center 19123 (24x7 Toll Free Helpline)
    2.        Division Office( Click here to get the divisional office details)*
    3.        Website (www.bsesdelhi.com)* (Automatically the Online form will open)
    4.        MobileApp ( Click here to download the App)

      2. No Objection Certificate for Khokha/Temporary Structure for single delivery supply

  Step 4

  • Submit the form online or applicant needs to go personally along with completed form and the documents have to be submitted at a divisional office.  Click here for a list of the divisional offices. 
  • Also note currently the Digi Sewa Kendra facility is available for our Nehru Place, Alaknanda, R K Puram, Nangloi, Janakpuri, Nizamuddin & Uttam Nagar divisional offices wherein the applicant needs to go personally as online form filling will be happening along with capturing the photo of the applicant, digital signature.
