  2. These Offers are limited period offer and can be withdrawn by the Merchant or Mobikwik at any point in time.

  5. Mobikwik reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the Offer, at its sole discretion, if it identifies any fraudulent activity being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or for any reason whatsoever.
  6. These Offers cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion made available by Mobikwik on the Website.
  7. This Offer can only be availed once by each customer (For cashback), for SuperCash it can be once per merchant per month (depending upon the merchant)
  8. This Offer will not be applicable if you (user), the Merchant or Mobikwik cancels the order fully or partially and in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In case the Qualifying Transaction is cancelled after you (user) have received the cashback, you (User) acknowledge and agree that the appropriate cashback amount (received under the Qualifying Transaction) will be adjusted from your refund receivable amount.
  9. Mobikwik reserves the absolute right, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
  10. If your order is cancelled or left undelivered at the Merchant’s end, the Merchant (not MobiKwik) will initiate a refund
  11. After the refund is initiated, the amount will be credited back to wallet within 7-10 days
  12. This Offer is valid for Indian residents only.
  13. Only KYC users will be able to get cashback benefits.
  14. Cashback will be credited within 48 hours of the transaction.
  15. SuperCash will be auto-credited to user's Mobikwik wallet within 24 hours.
