Besides the Consumer Day being observed at all our Division Offices on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, we welcome RWA representatives to meet our senior managers for resolution of issues, if any, with respect to our services.
Additionally, every month on the 1st and 3rd Saturday and
on the 2nd & 4th Friday between 11 a.m. and 12 noon.
Meetings, on an ongoing basis, are being planned with RWAs.
Invitation letters to various RWAs are being sent out by post.
