| After registration, how can I pay my bill every month using Pay by phone? |

1)You will receive a new bill alert via SMS with Bill Amount and Due Date (Which will be days before the actual due date).
2)Message PAY BSESR or PAY BSESY to 6161 from your registered mobile phone number.
3) You will receive an SMS confirming successful /unsuccessful debit of your account.
4) Your BSES account will be updated within 5 working days. |

1) You will receive your bill as usual.
2)Call BillDesk on 011-26287125 between 9.30 am and 6.00 pm on any working day.
3) Give your New KNumber and issue payment instruction.
4) You will get a unique transaction ID for any further reference.
5)Your bill amount will be debited from your bank account within 2 working days.
6)Your bill amount will be updated within 5 working days.
7) Please note that your payment instructions should be given at least 5 working days. |

1) You will receive a new bill alert via email.
2) Visit www.bsesdelhi.com.
3) Login by using your login id (email id ) and password.
4) You will see your bills due for payment, if any.
5) Choose any of your registered bank account and click on pay.
6)Your bill amount will be debited from your bank account within 2 working days.
7)Your BSES account will be updated within 5 working days.
8)Please note that the online payment option will be available only upto 5 working days before your due date. |

1)Every month your bank/credit card account will be debited for the total bill amount.
2)The debit may take place upto 3 working days before the due date.
3) Please ensure your bank account has sufficient funds.
4) Our BSES account will be updated by the due date.
5) If you have provided an email id or mobile number, you will receive new bill alerts and payment confirmation via email/SMS. |
