BRPL and BYPL depute officials to
DERC’ Special
Cell to review Billing Cases
Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC)
has constituted a ‘Special Cell’ to review Billing Cases of Delhi discoms. To
assist the DERC ‘Special Cell’, carry out the review, BRPL and BYPL, as
desired, have deputed one official each, to DERC’s office at Viniyamak Bhawan.
These officials will report w.e.f tomorrow, September 14, 2009.
Moreover, BSES’ IT department is making arrangements
for DERC ‘Special Cell’ to get unhindered access to the company’s servers.
“BSES is committed to ensure stable and error
free services for its customers. As always, BSES will provide all necessary
cooperation and assistance to remove any doubts and misgivings that some
consumers may have with regards to their billing”, said a BSES spokesperson.
