Text of Circular issued today by BSES management:

The Management is pleased to announce the ex-gratia payment of Rs 2,467/- rounded off to Rs 2500/- for the year 2004-05 to the erstwhile DVB employees now in employment of BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) and BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL), who are carrying scale with a maximum of less than Rs 13,775/- in line with the Govt. of India's Notification No. 14(6) E.Coord.I/2005 dated 29.09.2005. 

In addition to above, with an objective to motivate the employees and to bring down the T&D losses at incentive level target which is 32.85% to BRPL and 40.70% to BYPL. The management is pleased to further announced an amount of Rs 3,500/- to these employees.  

All other erstwhile DVB employees who are not covered under the ex-gratia payment as per above referred Govt. Notification shall also be paid an amount of Rs 6000/- The payment of this amount shall be paid before Diwali.
