BSES offers Jama Masjid residents a spanking new

Customer Care Centre

A spanking new Customer Care Centre, built at a cost of Rs 20 lakh, was inaugurated today near Jama Masjid by Mr Shoaib Iqbal, MLA from Matia Mahal. The simple but impressive function was attended by many local consumers, elected representatives and senior officials of BSES.

The 600 sq ft fully air-conditioned new Customer Care Centre sports the company’s new corporate colours. It will benefit nearly 20,000 BSES customers living in the vicinity of Jama Masjid. Consumers residing in and around Chandni Chowk, Chowri Bazar, Town Hall, Sitaram Bazar, Ansari Road and Darya Ganj will also be able to avail the services of the Customer Care Centre.

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Mr Iqbal said that by deciding to open the new Customer Care Centre, BSES has provided a state-of-the art facility to those residing in and around Jama Masjid. “This Customer Care Centre will be a blessing for all BSES customers in the area as all kinds of billing/electricity related problems will be taken care of here and consumers will also be able to deposit their bills in their immediate neighborhood,” Mr Iqbal added.

The Jama Masjid Customer Care Centre will have a total of four counters - two Cash Counters where consumers will be able to deposit their bills and two Customer Care counters where they can get assistance with their billing related issues.

 

According to a BSES spokesperson, “With this new Customer Care facility in the Jama Masjid area, we would like to extend the concept of customer delight to the residents of the Walled City.”
