BRPL/BYPL extend Cash Counter timings to meet the March rush
- BRPL/BYPL extend timings of cash counters
at 33 (BRPL 19, BYPL 14) division offices
- Cash Counters at division offices to
remain open on Sunday, March 28
- Cash Counters at
Starting March 15, 2010, BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) and BSES
Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) have unilaterally extended the timings and duration
of their cash counters for the last two weeks of March (15 to 31). This has
been done keeping customers convenience in mind and in a bid to meet the last
minute ‘March’ rush.

March 15 to 31 |
One cash counter in each of the 33 Division offices (BRPL 19, BYPL 14)
will open for an additional hour – i.e. till 4 pm. |

March 28 (Sunday) |
One cash counter in each of the 33 Division offices will remain open |

At the 33 division
offices, customers can also to pay their BRPL/BYPL bills through
state-of-the-art electronic drop boxes, operational between 8 am and 8 pm.
“Additionally,
BRPL/BYPL customers can pay their electricity bills through over 2000 locations
– through a wide spectrum of existing and hassle free next generation anytime,
anywhere payment options including Cash Collection Centres, Easy Bill outlets,
ITZ Cards, Skypak drop boxes Project Nikat Drop Boxes, Credit Card, Net
Banking, Auto Debit, and even through SMS”, said a company spokesperson.
