BSES’ Duplicate Bill – Now a Click away
BSES’ new customer centric initiatives continue to be inspired by cutting edge technologies - giving due importance to consumer priority and wish list. Soon after launching “Bill on Email” and “SMS”, BSES has launched its novel “Duplicate Bill” service – for all categories of its customers, including Domestic and Commercial (KCC) customers.
The “Duplicate Bill” service provides BSES customers the flexibility and convenience of obtaining a duplicate copy of their electricity bill from the comforts of their homes and offices. All they need to do is to simply log on to BSES’ website www.bsesdelhi.com, click on “Print Duplicate Bill”, and enter their CRN number.
“This is yet another initiative to empower the customers by upgrading the website and making it more interactive and capable of resolving increasing number of customer queries online”, said a BSES official.
BSES’ duplicate bill is a FREE bar
coded reproduction of its contemporary physical bill and incorporates all its
features. BSES’ state-of-the-art physical bill besides being in a simple
reader friendly format, also addresses customers concerns by containing a lot
of relevant and useful information.
“The customers after printing their duplicate bill
from BSES’ website can continue paying their electricity bill – at over 2000 locations - through a wide spectrum of options including Cash Collection
Centres, Easy Bill outlets, ITZ Cards, Skypak drop boxes Project Nikat Drop
Boxes, Credit Card, Net Banking, Auto Debit and even through SMS”, said a BSES
official.
