New Delhi, July 7, 2010 Power Alert

National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is currently engaged in the road widening activity on the Mehrauli-Gurgaon (MG) Road. Soon, they plan to start work along the Andheria Bagh (Andheria Modh) – Ghitorni stretch.

As a result, there is a possibility that this might disturb the existing BSES underground cables in the area, affecting the power supply. To tackle such a contingency, BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) is making alternate power arrangements in the area by laying two alternate cables.

However, for doing so, the company will have to take planned shut-downs in the area. Consequently, electricity will be affected to the following areas on July 8, 9 and 12 between 10 am and 3 pm.

Village Jona Pur, Village Mandi and adjoining Farm Houses, Sarav camp, Jawahar colony Mandi, Bhim Basti Jonapur.

Inconvenience caused to customers is regretted.
