BSES unveils New Customer Care Helpline Numbers

 

 

BSES has revamped its Customer Care operations, making it even more convenient for the customers to reach BSES. As part of its ongoing “Customer Delight” efforts, BSES has unveiled separate and exclusive help line numbers for BYPL and BRPL customers.

According to a BSES spokesperson “The new helpline numbers were introduced on January 1, 2006. Henceforth all BRPL and BYPL customers will have dedicated and exclusive numbers for Power Supply, Billing and Metering and Anti Corruption”.

 

For sometime, all incoming calls will be automatically forwarded to the new numbers.

 

According to Mr Lalit Jalan, Member of the Executive Committee and Director, BSES “The new revamped customer care numbers and operations have many customer friendly attributes, making it easier than ever before for BRPL and BYPL customers to get answers to their queries”
