BSES customers can pay their electricity bills at over

Based on feedback from its consumers, BSES continues to make its process
as hassle free as possible. In line with this, the company has now installed
payment drop boxes at all the Stations and Interchange Stations of the Delhi
Metro.
These aesthetically designed drop boxes have so far been installed at 30
Metro Stations and Interchange Stations. Some of the stations where these drop
boxes have been installed include Tiz Hazari, Central secretariat, Chandni
Chowk, Dwarka, Tagore Garden, Jhandewalan and Barakhambha Road. Additional Drop
boxes will be installed at all the newer Metro Stations. For the complete list, BSES customers can log on

These drop boxes will have daily clearances on all working days. “BSES
consumers can deposit their electricity cheques in these drop boxes –
irrespective of their division”, said a BSES official.
According to a BSES spokesperson "Introduction of payment drop
boxes at Metro Stations is part of an ongoing and continuous process at BSES to
constantly upgrade the level of customer services and convenience offered to
our customers”
“BSES customers today have the have the convenience of paying their
electricity bills at over 2000 locations through a wide spectrum of options
including Cash Collection Centres, Easy Bill outlets, ITZ Cards, Skypak drop
boxes Project Nikat Drop Boxes, Credit Card, Net Banking, Auto Debit, Bill
Payment Kiosks and even through SMS”, added the spokesperson.
