Though BSES regrets the inconvenience caused to its
customers, it is pertinent to mention that BSES’ O & M teams are on a high
alert and promptly reach the venue to rectify the problem on priority. But
sometimes, some people with vested interests are thwarting BSES’ attempts to rectify
the problem on priority. In Preet Vihar, a couple of days ago, some people
snatched BSES’ fault finding machine and did not lets its O & M team work
properly. Though the machine was later returned, it caused an unnecessary and
an avoidable delay in rectifying the problem.
“In event of such unscheduled outages, customers
should cooperate with BSES and allow its O & M teams to work and rectify
the fault on priority” said Mr Arun
Kanchan, CEO, BSES.
