BSES’ relocates Nehru Place Division office

Inauguration of a new Customer Care Centre

“The moment I entered BSES’ Division office I felt as if I had been transported to Europe.   I have gone around half the world and I can say it without any doubt that BSES’ Customer Care Centre conforms to international standards.   The services being rendered to the customers by the officials comes as a pleasant surprise.   I congratulate the company for its efforts to provide the international feel and state-of-the art facilities to its consumers.”   This is how Mr. Aslam Sher Khan, ex-Union Minister and Olympian reacted after inaugurating BSES’ brand new Nehru Place division office at East of Kailash today.   Those present on the occasion included BSES CEO Shri Rakesh Aggarwal besides senior company officials and representatives of RWAs.  

The Nehru Place division office, earlier located at 20 no. building at Nehru Place, has been shifted to a newly built office at East of Kailash.   Built at a cost of Rs 61 lakhs, the 6500 sq ft fully air-conditioned spanking new division office also accommodates a new Customer Care Centre.   It will benefit nearly 54,000 BSES customers residing in Lajpat Nagar 4, Nehru Place, Pamposh Enclave, Krishi Vihar, East of Kailash, Sant Nagar, Garhi, Zamrudpur, Hemkunt Colony, etc.  

Consumers were introduced to the new facility of ‘Touch Screen Duplicate Bill System’ where consumers can get a copy of their bill by entering their ten digit key number on the touch screen. They were also informed about BSES’ online system where consumers can log in to lodge their grievances and requests.   The address for this site is www.bsesdelhi.com

The staff at the reception will assist the consumers to the appropriate counters.   The Customer Care Centre will have a total of four counters - two counters where consumers can get assistance with their billing related issues, one where consumers can get their grievances registered and one for registering meter related issues.   Besides these there will be five cash counters where consumers can pay their bills.  

According to a BSES spokesperson, “BSES decided to relocate the division office to East of Kailash for easy accessibility to the consumers besides providing pleasant environment to them.   ”
