BSES appoints Chief Operating Officers

for BYPL & BRPL discoms

BSES today announced the appointment of Mr Vijay K Khullar as the Chief Operating Officer for BSES Rajdhani Power Limited and Mr Yash Pal Mehra as Chief Operating Officer for BSES Yamuna Power Limited.  

Mr Vijay Khullar, an Electrical Engineer alumnus from Delhi College of Engineering, has 40 years of experience in the energy business.   During his stint with the DESU and then the erstwhile DVB, Mr Khullar worked in all key departments namely enforcement, commercial, vigilance, distribution & transmission and installation & maintenance.   Mr Khullar will be in charge of 19 divisions of BRPL and will be stationed at the BRPL head office at Adchini.  

Forty nine year old Mr Yash Pal Mehra, who has earlier worked as the Chief Operating Officer in an MNC, is in charge of BSES Yamuna Power Limited.   Mr Mehra, an alumnus of the premier Institute of Science Technology and Management, has 20 years of management experience.  Mr Mehra will be in charge of 14 divisions of BYPL and will be stationed at the BYPL head office at Karkardooma.
