BSES Customers in South and West can now pay bills by using Cards

Card payment for BRPL Bills @ ATM Type Bill Payment Kiosks and Customer Care Centers

Card Payment

• @ ATM Type Bill Payment Kiosks between 8 am and 8 pm (Mon-Sun)

• @ Customer Care Centers between 9 am and 3 pm (Mon-Sat)

• BSES customers can pay their electricity bills at over 5000 locations using a wide spectrum of options including Net Banking, Drop Boxes, SMS and Auto Debit

Now customers of BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) in South and West Delhi can also pay their electricity bills through their credit and debit cards (VISA/MASTER) at company’s Customer Care Centers and state-of-the-art ATM type Bill Payment kiosks. Earlier, customers could pay their electricity bills through cash, demand draft and cheques at these two facilities.

Customers can also make credit/debit card payment of their electricity bills at state-of-the-art Bill Payment Kiosks. – open from 8 am to 8 pm (seven days a week) - installed at 19 Division offices. These Bill Payment Kiosks or Electronic Drop Boxes have been installed by BRPL at their Customer Care centers / Division offices to provide customers with an option of paying their BSES electricity bill, without the hassle of standing in queues.

There are many advantages of payment through these Bill Payment Kiosks. Equipped with the next generation barcode scanners and MICR Readers, they enable the customers to make payment through credit debit cards, cash, Cheque and even Demand Drafts.

Advantages of these Bill Payment Kiosks are:

• Multi-lingual (English / Hindi)Touch screen Interface for easy navigation

• Anytime / Anywhere payment of BSES bills – Flexibility for BSES customer to pay their electricity bills at any of the Bill Payment kiosks – irrespective of their parent division.

• Voice guidance – For easy navigation, an advanced voice guidance system (in Hindi and English) to assist customers complete the transaction.

• Instant payment confirmation – Immediate proof of payment available

• Multiple bill payments against single payment of cash, cheque, Debit/Credit Cards. This enables a customers to pay a consolidated cheque for multiple bills and yet receive individual bill wise receipts

Card payment @ BRPL Customer Care Centers

To begin with, customers will be able to pay their electricity bills through credit/debit cards at 15 of the 19 Customers Care Centers – open from 9 am to 3 pm - six days a week. The remaining Customers Care Centers at Nizamuddin, R K Puram, Tagore Garden and Najafgarh will also start accepting payments through credit and debit cards shortly.
