1.	Duplicate Bill
	Type BSES < SPACE > BILL < SPACE > 10 digit CRN Number and SMS to 5545464
2.	Power Supply related issues:
	Type BSES < SPACE > FAULT CODE < SPACE > CRN Number and SMS to 5-54-54-64

Fault Codes:

1. NC for No Current,
2. VF for Voltage Fluctuation and
3. MB for Outages on account of Meter Issues

Notes : NOTE BYPL customers can also send SMS for Door Step Services to               5-54-54-64

Now BYPL customers can SMS request for:

• New Connection,
• Temporary Connection,
• Address Change,
• Load Change,
• Name Change and
• Category Change

All you have to do is SMS the following request codes to 5-54-54-64

• For New Connection: Type BSES < space > New_CONNEX
• For Temporary Connection:Type BSES < space > Temp_CONNEX
• For Address Change: Type BSES < space > ADDR_CHNG < space > your 10 digit CRN #
• For Load Change: Type BSES < space > LOAD_CHNG < space > your 10 digit CRN #
• For Name Change: Type BSES< space > NAME_CHNG < space > your 10 digit CRN #
• For Category Change: Type BSES < space > CATG_CHNG < space > your 10 digit CRN #
